Usesand characteristics:
★It is specially used for granulationimprovement of coffee-colored DAP, MAP and NPK compound fertilizers.
★ It has surface activity, which can reducethe surface tension of the slurry, improve the granulation situation, and makethe particles smooth and uniform.
★The modified fertilizer after granules, thesame color inside and outside, is natural and real, which can make the productshow a beautiful luster and will not fade.
★Used in conjunction with a wrapping agent, itcan further increase the shine of the fertilizer and prevent caking.
★ It is made of natural rawmaterials, has good biodegradability, and has no toxic side effects on variousplants and animals. Do not pollute the environment.
Usageand dosage:
Usage:Directly add it to the fertilizer slurry with a metering pump or a fullyautomatic addition system, and directly add it to the phosphoric acid from thesuction end of the phosphate pump when monoammonium phosphate and diammoniumphosphate are used.
Dosage: According to thequality of phosphoric acid and the production process conditions, the dosage is0.08%~0.3%.
Packageand Storage:
High pressure polyethylene drumpacking, 1000ibc or 200 ibc. Storage in shady room and dry place, awayfrom light.
Precautionsfor use:
★ After this product is stored for too long,there may be a small amount of precipitation, and it will not affect the useafter stirring evenly.
★ A cofferdam should be built in the areawhere this product is used to avoid this product from entering the stormwatersystem after leakage.
★ If there is a small amount ofleakage during use, it will be flushed with water into the wastewater of thefertilizer system. When a large number of leaks are applied, containers arecollected and reused.
SafetyProtection:
★Wear protective gloves when using and washyour hands with detergent after use.
★Although it is non-irritating and corrosive,contact with skin and eyes should be avoided.
★Not edible. After ingestion, pleaseimmediately induce vomiting or seek medical attention.
★After use, the packaging is neatly arrangedand disposed of as general waste packaging. In general, the packaging is collected by ourcompany.
