Usesand characteristics:
★ This product is an anti-caking agentspecially developed for organic compound fertilizers.
★ It can form a reticulated hydrophobiclayer on the surface of fertilizer, which has a good anti-caking effect and hasa certain slow-release effect.
★ It is used in conjunction with HLT-902Cand HLT-902D to make the surface of the fertilizer show a good gloss.Especially when used with HLT-902D, the gloss is stronger. The shine stays longand does not fade.
★ All of them are natural rawmaterials, which are easy to degrade in nature and do not pollute theenvironment.
Usageand dosage:
Usage:Add the anti-caking agent to the melting tank, heat it to 70~90 °C, pump itinto the membrane cylinder with a metering pump, spray it into the surface ofthe fertilizer with compressed air atomization, and wrap it evenly.
Dosage: According to climaticconditions, production conditions and surface finish of fertilizer particles,the addition amount is generally 0.15~0.3%. The average annual addition amountis about 0.2%. For fertilizers with a high organic matter content, the additionamount may reach 0.5% due to the rough surface. For products with less severeagglomeration or lower packaging temperature, the dosage can be appropriatelyreduced.
Packageand Storage:
Cartonpacking, 25ibc. 200 liters iron drum packing, 180 ibc. Or packaccording to customer's requirements. Store in a cool, ventilated and dryplace, away from fire.
Precautionsfor use:
★ When the anti-caking agent is used, theheating temperature should be controlled below 95 °C to avoid the destruction ofthe active ingredients under high temperature conditions and reduce theanti-caking effect.
★ Long-term heating of this anti-caking agentwill lead to the destruction of active ingredients and reduce the anti-cakingeffect, so excessive storage in the carburetor tank should be avoided duringuse.
★ For the coating cartridge withhigh speed and good coating effect, compressed air atomization can be omitted.However, for the coating cylinder with poor coating effect, compressed airshould be used for proper atomization to prevent excessive atomization duringatomization, resulting in the anti-caking agent entering the exhaust system.
SafetyProtection:
★ Wear protective gloves when using and washyour hands with detergent after use.
★ Although this product is non-irritatingand corrosive, contact with skin and eyes should be avoided, especially heatburns.
★ Not edible. Immediately after ingestion,induce vomiting or seek medical attention.
★ After use, the packaging is neatlyarranged and disposed of as general waste packaging. Please do not stack the packagingnear the fire.
★ In the event of an accidental fire,extinguish the fire with carbon dioxide, dry powder, or sand.
