Usesand characteristics:
★ This anti-caking agent is mainly used foranti-caking of primary color DAP, especially for poor cooling and highfertilizer temperature.
★ It is produced with high-quality oil andhas a light color and does not cause the coloring of white fertilizers.
★ It can also be used for anti-caking ofsulfur-based compound fertilizer and granular monoammonium phosphate.
★ All raw materials are naturalraw materials, which can be fully biodegradable and have no pollution to theenvironment.
Usageand dosage:
Usage ofprimary color DAP high temperature anti-caking agent: This product does notneed to be mixed with other greases, it is directly added to the carburetortank when used, heated to 70-85 °C, pumped into the package cylinder with ametering pump, and the fertilizer temperature at the injection is guaranteed tobe higher than 40 °C.
Dosage of primary color DAPhigh temperature anti-caking agent: according to the climatic conditions andproduction process conditions, the addition amount is 0.08-0.25%, and the averageannual dosage is generally about 0.15%.
Packageand Storage:
Carton packing, 25ibc/carton.Not suitable for iron drum packaging. Store in a cool, ventilated and dryplace, away from fire.
Precautionsfor use:
★ When the anti-caking agent is used, theheating temperature should be controlled below 90 °C to avoid the destruction ofthe active ingredients and reduce the anti-caking effect under high temperatureconditions.
★ Long-term heating of this anti-caking agentmay lead to color darkening, so it should be avoided to store too much materialin the carburetor tank during use.
★ For the coating cartridge with high speedand good coating effect, compressed air atomization can be omitted. However,for the coating cylinder with poor coating effect, the heated hot compressedair should be used for proper atomization to prevent excessive atomizationduring atomization, resulting in the anti-caking agent entering the exhaustsystem.
★ The freezing point of this product ishigh, the material pipeline should have good heat tracing and heatpreservation, and the material pipeline should be connected to compressed airor steam, and the pipeline should be purged with compressed air or steam whenstopping or if necessary, so as to prevent the anti-caking agent fromsolidifying in the pipeline and blocking the pipeline.
SafetyProtection:
★ Wear protective gloves when using and washyour hands with detergent after use.
★ Although this product is non-irritatingand corrosive, contact with skin and eyes should be avoided, especially heatburns.
★ Not edible. Immediately after ingestion,induce vomiting or seek medical attention.
★ After use, the packaging is neatlyarranged and disposed of as general waste packaging. Please do not stack thepackaging near the fire.
★ In the event of an accidental fire,extinguish the fire with carbon dioxide, dry powder, or sand.
