Thisproduct can be used as a dispersant for pre film of circulating waterequipment; Or used as an anti-scaling dispersant for circulating cooling waterand oilfield water injection systems.
Thisproduct is specifically designed for blast furnace gas residual pressureturbine power generation equipment (hereinafter referred to as TRT). Thisproduct is a specialized agent developed by our company based on the analysisand on-site testing of various factors such as blast furnace gas flow rate,temperature, component properties, TRT scaling location, and scale samplecomposition properties. It is used for dry dust removal of blast furnace gasresidual pressure turbine power generation to suppress acid gas corrosion andsalt substance scaling in the gas. It can effectively suppress and dispersecorrosive and scaling substances in the TRT device directly under gaseousconditions. This product has the functions of fast film formation, fastdesalination, and neutralization of acidic substances, which can significantlyextend the maintenance cycle of the device and the service life of the turbineblades.

Usage:
Manually add this product to the reagent tank andcontinuously add it to the gas pipeline using a metering pump. The dosage canbe determined based on the scaling test of the TRT device. It is recommended toadd the dosage at a concentration of 60-90g/104m3.h.
Selection of dosing port: The dosing port for the gaspipeline should be located 10-15 meters behind the quick cut valve of theintake device; The chemicals are transported from the outlet of the dosingdevice to the dosing port of the gas pipeline using stainless steel pipes withan outer diameter of 15mm. The pipeline direction can be flexibly controlledaccording to the on-site situation, and it is required to add heat tracing andinsulation to the pipeline in winter.
