This product is a zinccalcium based phosphating solution that can form a chemically stablemicrocrystalline phosphating film on the surface of steel parts in a shortperiod of time. The crystal is fine and dense, the film layer is uniform anddense, and the rust resistance is good. The thickness can reach 2-4% fixation,and the adhesion with the coating is strong. It is widely used in the surfacetreatment of steel components before coating.
