Usage:
★Thisproduct is mainly used to accelerate the aggregation of fine suspended solidsin concentrated phosphoric acid in order to improve filtration capacity andefficiency.
★Thisproduct can also be added during clarification process, which can acceleratethe clarification speed of concentrated phosphoric acid and improveclarification efficiency.
★Thisproduct has good acid and high temperature resistance, and can also be used forclarification or flocculation in the production process of phosphoric acid orfertilizer.
★Low dosageand high efficiency. Will not affect subsequent processes.
★Continuousdosing: Transfer the product into the dosing tank, turn on the metering pump,and calculate the dosing flow rate according to the required amount.
★The dosageis determined based on the on-site situation. Generally around 0.1% per ton phosphoricacid.
★Thisproduct has multiple models, and the best model should be determined throughexperiments before use. This product can significantly improve the flocculationeffect when used in combination with other flocculants
Packageand Storage:
1000IBC, or packaging according to customer requirements. Avoid exposure tosunlight or freezing, store in a cool, ventilated, and dry place, with a shelflife of 12 months
