Usage:
★Usedin wet process phosphoric acid production to slow down scale deposition, reducescale adhesion, and prevent scale formation. It can greatly extend thecontinuous production cycle. Under normal circumstances, the cleaning cycle canbe extended by more than twice.
★Afteruse, the generated scale is very loose and easy to remove. If the cleaningcycle is short, the scale can be washed out with only hot water.
★No impact on the wet process phosphoricacid production process and its subsequent processes.
★Thisproduct is easily soluble in phosphoric acid solution, has good stability, hightemperature resistance, and good inhibitory effect on scaling substances suchas calcium sulfate, calcium phosphate, and fluorosilicates.
★Directly addthe chemicals into the phosphoric acid slurry using a metering pump, and thedosing point should be far away from the flocculant or other additives to avoidreducing its effectiveness. In general, the addition point is set on thephosphoric acid pipeline entering the filter. For severe scaling or densescaling, multi-point addition is recommend to achieve better scale inhibitioneffect, such as adding before and after filtration.
★Dependingon equipment and production conditions, and the composition of phosphate rock,the dosage concentration is generally 0.01-0.02% per ton of phosphoric acid

1000 IBC,or packaging according to customer requirements. Avoid exposure to sunlight orfreezing, store in a cool, ventilated, and dry place, with a shelf life of 12months

★Thisproduct can be diluted with water before use. If layering occurs, mix evenlybefore use. It will not affect the effectiveness of the product.
★Thisproduct is acidic and corrosive. Please wear acid and alkali resistantprotective gloves when using, and clean hands with a cleaning agent after use
★Whenusing this product, avoid contact with skin and eyes. If contacted, immediatelyrinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention if necessary.
★Thecontainers, pumps, and pipelines used for storing and transporting this productshould be corrosion-resistant.
★Thisproduct is not edible. Please induce vomiting or seek medical attentionimmediately after ingestion.
★After use, clean the packaging with water. A small amount ofcleaning water can be added to the system.
★If leaks, rinse with a large amount of water and discharge theflushing water into the phosphoric acid wastewater system
