Usesand characteristics:
★ It is specially used for the outerencapsulation of yellow DAP, MAP and NPK compound fertilizer granules.
★ After wrapping, the fertilizer particleshave a yellow luster, which will not fade for more than six months and canprevent the fertilizer particles from turning white.
★ It has a strong anti-caking effect, andthe fertilizer is loose for a long time after use, and does not agglomerate.
★ When used in conjunction with HLT-912Ayellow fertilizer granule conditioner, the color of fertilizer granules isfuller and more natural, and the cost is lower.
★ It is made of natural rawmaterials, which is easy to degrade in nature and does not pollute theenvironment.
Packageand Storage:
200 liters iron drum packing,200 kg/drum. Or tank truck transportation. Try to avoid direct sunlight andstore in a cool and ventilated place, away from fire.
Usageand dosage:
Usage:If it is packaged in an iron drum, it is necessary to push the iron drum intothe iron drum heating jacket and heat it, and then the wrapper will flow intothe carburetor tank, or the iron drum will be heated in a hot water bath oroven in advance, and the wrapper will be added to the carburetor tank. For theencapsulant stored in the storage tank, it needs to be heated to 60~70 °C inthe storage tank, and then pumped into the carburetor tank or intermediate tankwith an asphalt pump. The wrapper is heated to 70~90 °C in the carburetor tank,pumped into the wrapping cylinder with a metering pump or through a fullyautomatic addition equipment, and evenly wrapped on the surface of thefertilizer particles.
Dosage: According to climaticconditions, production conditions and surface finish of fertilizer particles,the addition amount is generally 0.15~0.3%. For fertilizer granules with roughsurfaces, the addition amount may reach 0.5% or more.
Precautionsfor use:
★ When the anti-caking agent is used, theheating temperature should be controlled below 95 °C to avoid the destruction ofthe active ingredients under high temperature conditions and reduce theanti-caking effect.
★ For the coating cartridge withhigh speed and good coating effect, compressed air atomization can be omitted.However, for the coating cylinder with poor coating effect, compressed airshould be used for proper atomization to prevent excessive atomization duringatomization, resulting in the anti-caking agent entering the exhaust system.
SafetyProtection:
★ Wear protective gloves whenusing and wash your hands with detergent after use.
★ Although this product is non-irritatingand corrosive, contact with skin and eyes should be avoided, especially heatburns
★ Not edible. Immediately afteringestion, induce vomiting or seek medical attention.
★ After use, the packaging is neatlyarranged and disposed of as general waste packaging. Please do not stack thepackaging near the fire.
★ In the event of an accidental fire,extinguish the fire with carbon dioxide, dry powder, or sand.
