Usage:
★Thisproduct has efficient anti inorganic salt recrystallization ability and isspecifically used for anti-caking of inorganic salt products, such as potassiumchloride, ammonium chloride, powdered ammonium phosphate, sodium percarbonate,and dipotassium hydrogen phosphate.
★No heatingrequired. Convenient use with low energy consumption
★Madefrom natural raw materials, safe and environmentally friendly, with no toxicside effects. Will not affect the use of inorganic salt products.
★This product is liquid atroom temperature. Pump in with a metering pump, while atomizing with compressedair and spraying it into the vulcanization bed, cyclone drying, or specializedwrapping cylinder. The spraying direction is perpendicular or opposite to thedirection of the material, and multiple points can be used for spraying toensure even wrapping.
★theaddition amount is 0.15-0.25%. The average annual addition is about 0.2%. Forproducts with less severe clumping or lower packaging temperature, the dosagecan be appropriately reduced.

SafetyProtection:
★For coatedtubes with high rotational speed and good coating effect, compressed airatomization may not be used. However, for the coating cylinder with poorcoating effect, compressed air should be used for appropriate atomization toprevent excessive atomization and prevent the anti-caking agent from enteringthe exhaust system during atomization.
★Thisproduct may have layering when temperature is below -5ºC,which does not affect its use. After heating to above 10ºC,the anti-caking agent can be fully mixed and melted evenly
★Thisanti-caking agent is a surfactant system that balances anions and cations. Whenusing it, do not add other surfactants or chemical substances such as acid,alkali, and salt to avoid damaging its stability and affecting producteffectiveness
★Thisanti-caking agent is a colloidal surfactant system, please do not expose tosunlight or freeze. The optimal storage temperature is 25-40 ℃
★Pleasewear protective gloves when using and clean hands with a cleaning agent afteruse
★Althoughthis product is non irritating and corrosive, it should be avoided from contactwith the skin and eyes, especially from high temperature burns
