Usesand characteristics:
★ It is specially used foranti-agglomeration of high urine nitrogen compound fertilizer for rotary drumgranulation and tower granulation.
★ It is also suitable for anti-agglomerationof high-tower nitrosulfur-based compound fertilizers.
★ It is better to use it with powderanti-caking agent for anti-caking effect.
★ Made of natural raw materials,it is easy to degrade in nature and does not pollute the environment.
Usageand dosage:
Usage:Although this product is liquid at temperatures above 30°C, it can be poureddirectly into the carburetor tank. However, it is still recommended to push theanti-caking agent into the melting tank of the iron drum and heat it into thecarburetor tank, or heat the iron drum to more than 40°C in advance, and thenpour the anti-caking agent into the carburetor tank. The anti-caking agent isheated in the carburetor tank to 60~70°C. Pump it in with a metering pump, andat the same time spray it into the parcel cylinder with compressed airatomization, and wrap it evenly.
Dosage: According to theclimate, production conditions and fertilizer varieties, the addition amount is0.15~0.25%. The average annual addition amount is about 0.2%. For products withless severe agglomeration or lower packaging temperature, the dosage can be appropriatelyreduced。
Packageand Storage:
Packed in 200 liters iron drum,net weight 180 ibc. Or pack according to customer's requirements. Store ina cool, ventilated and dry place, away from fire.
Precautionsfor use:
★ When the anti-caking agent is used, theheating temperature should be controlled below 85 °C to avoid the destruction ofthe active ingredients and reduce the anti-caking effect under high temperatureconditions.
★ Long-term heating of this anti-caking agentwill lead to the destruction of active ingredients and reduce the anti-cakingeffect, so excessive storage in the carburetor tank should be avoided duringuse.
★ For the coating cartridge with high speedand good coating effect, compressed air atomization can be omitted. However,for the coating cylinder with poor coating effect, compressed air should beused for proper atomization to prevent excessive atomization duringatomization, resulting in the anti-caking agent entering the exhaust system.
★ This product may havedelamination in winter when the temperature is low (the lower layer is asolidified paste, the upper layer is a liquid oil), which does not affect theuse, and the anti-caking agent can be fully mixed and evenly after heating.
SafetyProtection:
★ Wear protective gloves when using and washyour hands with detergent after use.
★ Although this product is non-irritatingand corrosive, contact with skin and eyes should be avoided, especially heatburns.
★ Not edible. Immediately after ingestion,induce vomiting or seek medical attention.
★ After use, the packaging is neatlyarranged and disposed of as general waste packaging. Please do not stack thepackaging near the fire.
★ In the event of an accidental fire,extinguish the fire with carbon dioxide, dry powder, or sand.
