Usesand characteristics:
★ The color is light and does not stainwhite fertilizers. The performance is stable and will not cause the fading ofcolored fertilizers.
★ Specially used for urea-based rotary drumgranulation fertilizer. It is especially suitable for the prevention of cakingof balanced fertilizers with high nutrient content.
★ It also has a good anti-caking effect onchlorine-based compound fertilizers.
★ It is better to use it with HLT-902A forbetter anti-caking effect.
★ Made of natural raw materials,it does not pollute the environment and is easy to degrade in the naturalenvironment.
Usageand dosage:
Usage:This product can be used directly, without mixing with other oils. Theanti-caking agent is added to the melting tank, heated to 60~80 °C, anddirectly atomized and sprayed into the wrapping cylinder, and the wrapping canbe uniform.
Dosage: According to theclimate, production conditions and fertilizer varieties, the addition amount is0.15~0.25%. The average annual addition amount is about 0.2%. For products withless severe agglomeration or lower packaging temperature, the dosage can beappropriately reduced.
Packageand Storage:
Carton packing, 25ibc/carton.200 liters iron drum packing, 180 ibc/drum. Or packed according to customer'srequirements. Store in a cool, ventilated and dry place, away from fire.
Precautionsfor use:
★ When the anti-caking agent is used, theheating temperature should be controlled below 85 °C to avoid the destruction ofthe active ingredients and reduce the anti-caking effect under high temperatureconditions.
★ Long-term heating of this anti-cakingagent will lead to the destruction of active ingredients and reduce theanti-caking effect, so excessive storage in the carburetor tank should beavoided during use.
★ For the coating cartridge with high speedand good coating effect, compressed air atomization can be omitted. However,for the coating cylinder with poor coating effect, the heated hot compressedair should be used for proper atomization to prevent excessive atomizationduring atomization, resulting in the anti-caking agent entering the exhaustsystem.
★ When the iron drum is packed,there may be delamination, which does not affect the use, and the anti-cakingagent can be fully mixed evenly after heating.
SafetyProtection:
★ Wear protective gloves when using and washyour hands with detergent after use.
★ Although this product is non-irritatingand corrosive, contact with skin and eyes should be avoided, especially heatburns.
★ Not edible. Immediately after ingestion,induce vomiting or seek medical attention.
★ After use, the packaging is neatlyarranged and disposed of as general waste packaging. Please do not stack thepackaging near the fire.
★ In the event of an accidental fire,extinguish the fire with carbon dioxide, dry powder, or sand.
