Usesand characteristics:
★ It is specially used for granulationimprovement of yellow DAP, MAP and NPK compound fertilizers.
★ It has surface activity, which can reducethe surface tension of the slurry, improve the granulation situation, and makethe particles smooth and uniform.
★ The modified fertilizer after granules,the same color inside and outside, is natural and real, which can make theproduct show a beautiful luster and will not fade.
★ Used in conjunction with a wrapping agent,it can further increase the shine of the fertilizer and prevent caking.
★ It is made of natural rawmaterials, has good biodegradability, has no toxic side effects on variousplants and animals, and does not pollute the environment.
Usageand dosage:
Usage:Directly add it to the fertilizer slurry with a metering pump or a fullyautomatic addition system, and directly add it to the phosphoric acid from thesuction end of the phosphate pump when monoammonium phosphate and diammoniumphosphate are used.
Dosage: According to thequality of phosphoric acid and the production process conditions, the additionamount is 0.1%~0.3%.
Packageand Storage:
High pressure polyethylene drumpacking, 1000 ibc or 200ibc. Storage in shady room and dry place, awayfrom light.
Precautionsfor use:
★ After this product is stored for toolong, there may be a small amount of precipitation, which will not affect theuse after stirring evenly.
★ When the temperature of this productis low in winter, there may be a small amount of crystallization, and a smallamount of steam needs to be introduced into the improver to make thetemperature of the improver rise to 40~50 °C, and the crystalswill dissolve naturally without affecting the use.
★ A cofferdam should be built in thearea where this product is used to avoid entering the stormwater system afterthe product leaks.
★ If there is a small amount of leakageduring use, it will be flushed with water into the wastewater of the fertilizersystem. When a large number of leaks are applied, containers are collected andreused.
SafetyProtection:
★ Wear protective gloves when using and washyour hands with detergent after use.
★ Although this product is non-irritatingand corrosive, contact with skin and eyes should be avoided.
★ Not edible. Immediately after ingestion,induce vomiting or seek medical attention.
★ After use, the packaging isneatly arranged and disposed of as general waste packaging. In general, thepackaging is collected by our company.
