Usesand characteristics:
★ It is specially used for the granulationimprovement of black or dark brown DAP, MAP and NPK compound fertilizers.
★ It has surface activity, which can reducethe surface tension of the slurry, improve the granulation situation, and makethe particles smooth and uniform.
★ The modified fertilizer after granules,the same color inside and outside, is natural and real, which can make theproduct show a beautiful luster and will not fade.
★ Used in conjunction with a wrapping agent,it can further increase the shine of the fertilizer and prevent caking.
★ It is made of natural rawmaterials, has good biodegradability, has no toxic side effects on variousplants and animals, and does not pollute the environment.
Usageand dosage:
Usage:Directly add to the fertilizer slurry with a metering pump or a fully automaticaddition system, and directly add it to the phosphoric acid from the suctionend of the phosphate pump when monoammonium phosphate and diammonium phosphateare used.
Dosage: According to thequality of phosphoric acid and the production process conditions, the dosage is0.08%~0.3%.
Packageand Storage:Highpressure polyethylene drum packing, 1000 kg/drum or 200 kg/drum. Avoid directsunlight as much as possible and store in a cool and ventilated place.Precautionsfor use:
★ After this product is stored for too long,there may be a small amount of precipitation, and it will not affect the useafter stirring evenly.
★ A cofferdam should be built in the areawhere this product is used to avoid this product from entering the stormwatersystem after leakage.
★ If there is a small amount ofleakage during use, it will be flushed with water into the wastewater of thefertilizer system. When a large number of leaks are applied, containers arecollected and reused.
SafetyProtection:
★ Wear protective gloves when using and washyour hands with detergent after use.
★ Although this product is non-irritatingand corrosive, contact with skin and eyes should be avoided.
★ Not edible. Immediately after ingestion,induce vomiting or seek medical attention.
★ After use, the packaging is neatlyarranged and disposed of as general waste packaging. In general, the packagingis collected by our company.
