Usage:
★Itis used for defoaming caused by the release of a large amount of CO2 gas duringthe acidolysis of mineral powder in the production of wet process phosphoricacid. It's defoaming system is phosphoric acid slurry with a concentrationgreater than 25%, and the medium temperature is 80-85 ℃. It can effectively eliminatefoam, and the foam in the reaction tank will not overflow.
★Thisproduct is a phosphate based defoamer that is resistant to high temperature andacid.
★Fast defoaming speed, long defoaming time,and low dosage. Can effectively prolong the phosphoric acid start-up cycle.
★Goodcompatibility. No effect on the original performance of the product andsubsequent flash evaporation process.
★Directlyadd to the system. It can be added by impact dosing or continuously dosingusing a metering pump. Continuous dosing can result in less dosage and betterdefoaming effect. It can also be pre added to achieve anti-foaming effect.
★Accordingto the grade of phosphate ore powder and the defoaming system, the consumptionof defoamers is less than 0.4kg/ton of acid

1000 IBC,or packaging according to customer requirements. Avoid exposure to sunlight orfreezing, store in a cool, ventilated, and dry place, with a shelf life of 12months
