Properties:
Multiple polyoxyethylene groups have beenintroduced into this product, which not only improves the corrosion inhibitionperformance but also enhances the dispersibility of calcium scale and sediment.It also eliminates the disadvantage of easy hydrolysis of phosphate esters, andits stability is much higher than that of general organic phosphate.
This product is not suitable for copper heatexchangers and other systems that cannot be sterilized with chlorine gas. It isnot easy to produce ion associated precipitates for non oxidizing quaternaryammonium salt based bactericidal agents.
This product has a unique effect on stabilizingzinc ions in cooling water and can be compounded with dispersed corrosioninhibitors.
Compared with organic phosphate salt stabilizers,this product has lower toxicity and can naturally degrade within 3-4 days afterdischarge, without causing environmental pollution.
This product has adsorption desorptionproperties. It can be adsorbed by solid particles and resolved from them, andis used as a scale inhibitor in oilfield water injection operations.

Usage:
It is used in circulating cooling water such asrefineries, chemical plants, fertilizers, air -conditioning systems, and copperheat exchangers as a stuffing agent and a corrosion agent. It is especiallysuitable for dirt resistant agents in the waterfield water injection operation.
The amount of PAPE is 100 ~ 300mg/L, and thecorrosion rate can reach 95 ~ 97%. Use alone, adding 5 to 10 mg/L in thisproduct can prevent scaling, the additional amount is higher, and it also has agood corrosion effect. It can generally be used at about 7.0-8.5.
