The following problems will be found in the application of scale and corrosion inhibitors in thermoelectric systems：

The rise of end difference and the rise of oil temperature are caused by scaling on the surface of heat exchange equipment, which is generally believed to have two reasons：
　　1、The scale inhibition dispersion dose in circulating water is insufficient；
　　3、The drug forms phosphine scale at the heat transfer site during use

The end difference increases due to the breeding of biological slime. In the actual treatment process, it is less likely that the end difference will rise due to the breeding of biological slime, most of which are due to the insufficient scale inhibition dispersion dose leading to scale formation at the heat exchange site, or the drug has poor high temperature resistance and organic phosphine scale is formed at the heat exchange site.

　　2、The monomer with high phosphine content in the formula should be strictly controlled, and the total phosphorus content of circulating water should be reduced as far as possible in the field control process;

　　4、Increase the dosage of scale inhibition and dispersant;
　　5、power plant circulating water control should be based on scale dispersion, while paying attention to corrosion inhibition.
　　6、It is generally believed that according to the water refill meter, the dosage of scale inhibitor and dispersant is recommended to be greater than 15ppm.
