First, the effect of removing viscosity

Viscosity will affect whether the equipment can run well and is one of the indicators to evaluate the effect. There are two methods in the evaluation process, that is, direct sight and touch.

1.direct vision: the test sample quietly placed for about ten minutes, and then carefully observe the degree of attachment in the flask.

2. Touch: Take out the slag on the water surface and touch it with your hand to feel the removal effect of viscosity.

Grade A: All sticky, the slag is soft, like tofu block, rubbing up will not stick to the hand, and the bottle is not attached around.

Grade B: half removed, the residue particles are soft, and a small part of them will stick to your hands when rubbed together. You can also wash your hands without soap, but there will be a small amount of attachment around the bottle wall.

Grade C: Sticky paint slag, slag like glue, rub up will stick to the hands, with water is not clean, must use hand sanitizer to tie clean.
